- Down Payment Assistance – gift of $2500.00 will provide a veteran family with down payment assistance
- Move-in Rent Subsidies – a gift of $1800.00 will provide a veteran family 1 year of reduced space rent
- Rent Relief – a gift of $1200.00 will provide a veteran family 1 year of rent relief
- Handicap Assistance – a gift of $1,000.00 will help a veteran with handicap improvements.
